Classic sensor-music interaction mapping problem. At the speed people walk, the listener just couldn't hear meaningful change in the mix fast enough. We tried to address these issues in a much more conceptual piece, Net_Dérive, where relative proximities modulated polyrhythmic blips, and also triggered voice commands.
